Kalamazoo County reports 14 new coronavirus cases
Monday's announcement marks the second highest one-day increase in Kalamazoo County.
Kalamazoo County now has a total of 180 positive cases of COVID-19 and nine deaths, according to MLive.
All nine deaths have been among adults 70 or older with underlying health conditions. The median age of the deceased is 84.
This comes at the same time that daily infection tallies are declining statewide. Michigan reported 576 new cases on Monday with 77 new deaths. That brings the state total to 32,000 cases and 2,468 deaths since the outbreak began.
