Kalamazoo mayor says citywide curfew possible, but not likely
"If we begin to see big ramping up in those numbers, then we are going to have to reconsider our current position."
Kalamazoo Mayor David Anderson said while a citywide curfew remains on the table of possibilities, city officials had yet to have “serious discussions” about such an order, WWMT reports.
He said that could easily change as the COVID-19 crisis continues to evolve, with virus caseload and compliance with Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s stay-at-home order being major factors in the decision.
