More COVID-19 testing coming to Kalamazoo County
The Family Health Center ramped-up coronavirus testing in Kalamazoo County Thursday, according to an article on MLive.
A testing site set up Thursday outside the Kalamazoo Regional Educational Service Agency was able to administer tests to an estimated 550 patients.
After hosting test sites for single days on each of the effort’s first three weeks, Family Health Center announced Wednesday that, for the first week of May, the program will host drive-thru testing at two separate locations on Tuesday and Thursday:
- 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, May 5: Comstock High School, 2107 N. 26th St.
- 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m Thursday, May 7: Vicksburg High School, 501 E. Hwy St.
Tentatively, organizers plan for 150 tests allotted for each site next week.
