Downtown Kalamazoo businesses seeking masks, sanitizer
Kalamazoo non-profit is building a list of local providers.
With businesses on the verge of reopening, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is going to be in short supply.
That’s why the Kalamazoo Downtown Partnership is building a list of local providers.
The downtown Kalamazoo development organization is specifically looking for “local companies and individuals making and selling personal protective equipment, including masks, gloves and hand sanitizer,” according to a statement.
They’re asking people to email them at [email protected] with information on items and how to purchase them.
The state’s stay-at-home order is currently set to expire May 15. Businesses that reopen will likely be required to provide PPE to their employees.
