Kalamazoo golf courses ask for help staying open

Course managers encourage public to follow COVID-19 rules.

With golf courses set to reopen in Michigan, the Kalamazoo Municipal Golf Association (KMGA) is asking the public to help make sure golf courses can stay open.

“We have lobbied the government aggressively for the opening of our courses,” said the KMGA in an emailed statement. “We all need to set an example that demonstrates we can safely be on the golf course.”

The KMGA manages three public golf courses in Kalamazoo: Eastern Hills Golf Course, Milham Park Golf Club, and Red Arrow Golf Course.
