Bars and restaurants can now sell beer and wine to-go under new rules meant to boost businesses hurt by the coronavirus pandemic.
The state’s Liquor Control Commission announced the new rules Tuesday, which also allows more businesses to expand outdoor seating.
Outdoor areas will have to meet state guidelines on reduced occupancy and social distancing. Any outdoor seating on municipal property will require approval from the local government.
