Fewer than 200 new COVID-19 cases in Michigan

Tuesday marks the second day in a row of low numbers of new infections.

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) recorded 199 new coronavirus infections in the state Tuesday, the second day in a row of low rates of new infections.

The state also recorded 37 new COVID-19 deaths, 11 of which were due to reclassification after reviewing individual death records.
