State reports 645 new coronavirus cases Thursday

New cases bring the seven day moving average to highest level since mid-May.

State officials reported 645 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 Thursday bringing the moving seven day average to 594. That’s the highest average since May 20.

Just three people were reported to have died from the virus; however, a review of death records turned up 13 more people who had died on previous days.
