Keeping them busy, engaged, and happy isn’t always easy – but it’s worth it. Learn to draw at 1pm with Mo Willems or see a different animal in the Cincinnati Zoo at 3pm each day.
Stay close to home, the Kalamazoo Public Library has books, music, movies, and magazines online and the Kalamazoo Nature Center’s trails are open without an admission fee (remember: CDC’s advice is still to stay 6 feet apart from those you’re not quarantined with).
Or take a trip around the world with virtual tours of 12 museums. And here’s a big list of activities to choose from as well.
Keep their bellies full too. Don’t forget, there are a number of options for take home meals served by the public schools. MLive and WWMT have compiled lists for kids from dozens of school districts.
